Nicola Russell assists the NZLI team with various organisational leadership research projects. She is currently completing her Doctorate at the University of Auckland Business School with an interest in critical HRM. Her thesis focuses on an exploration of the social construction of employee engagement.
Previously Nicola worked as an HR and recruitment professional in both New Zealand and the UK, working in industries ranging from banking to the not-for-profit sector.
Nicola completed both her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Master of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland. As well as her role with NZLI, she is currently working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Management and International Business department within the Business School.firstname.lastname@example.org
