Dr Fiona Kennedy is lead facilitator for the NZLI Leadership Mindset Programmes. She designs and facilitates in-house bespoke leadership development programmes for public and private sector organisations across multiple organisational levels.
Her research interests focus on the relationship between leadership theory, leadership development and practice. Fiona has co-authored articles and book chapters addressing mindset oriented leadership development. Fiona’s background includes consulting in organisational development, executive coaching, and she previously worked in senior management in the Ontario public sector.
Fiona’s qualifications include a Masters in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario and a PhD from the University of Auckland.firstname.lastname@example.org
